    Positif: Quand on arrive on voit une grande demeure ancienne avec du charme proche des Thermes. Possibilité de se garer dans la cour, gratuitement. L'accueil est très sympathique. Petit déjeuner de bon rapport qualité prix. La chambre éco pour deux à 60 euros est très vaste et la literie neuve et confortable, ce qui en fait un bon rapport qualité prix en plein été il me semble.. Négatif: La déco de l'hôtel est globalement en deçà de ce que l'on attend au premier abord. Trop moderne et sans âme, voire basique. Les salles d'eau des chambres économiques sont des unités en plastique, comme dans les Formule1, minuscules avec lavabo WC et douche très peu faciles d'utilisation, ce qui est dommage vu l'espace disponible dans cet ancien couvent labyrinthique! La salle de déjeuner est correcte mais avec ses faux plafonds, on dirait une salle de réunion: pourquoi ne pas installer la salle de restauration dans l'ancienne chapelle comme dans de nombreux hôtels qui ont la chance d'en posséder une?.

    Positif: La bâtiment, un ancien couvent, où se situe l'hôtel est magnifique. L'atmosphère est très calme, même si on est à deux pas de la rue principale de Luchon. Nous sommes arrivés après les heures d'ouverture de la réception, et le personnel a été très arrangeant pour que nous puissions accéder à notre chambre.. Négatif: Malheureusement nous avions une chambre avec une salle de bain minuscule. Il faut donc faire attention à la catégorie de la chambre au moment de la réservation..

    Positif: Vieux bâtiment dans son jus, chapelle, côté décalé, grand jardin, places de parking à proximité. Accueil très sympa.. Négatif: Salle de bain minuscule, Petit déjeuner plus que moyen en qualité et quantité. Il manquait pas mal de choses et le serveur semblait dépassé malgré le peu de clients..

    Hôtel situé dans un ancien couvent. Cadre très sympa avec plein de bois partout. Chambres spacieuses et literie agréable. Salles de bains propres. Plusieurs toilettes par étage. Centre ville à un kilomètre environ.

    Très bonne adresse, l'endroit est apaisant, le personnel très accueillant,la propreté et aussi la gentillesse de l'accueil avec Michelle est à souligner 🙂on y reviendra !

    Positiva: Habitación muy amplia y baño nuevo e impecable. Hotel interesante por ser un antiguo convento. Parking gratis. Atención personalizada a la llegada, mujer muy amable que nos acompañó a la habitación (caminó algo intrincado con muchas puertas y pasadizos). Negativa: Mal insonorizado. Suelos de madera y puertas que chirrían... ruidos constantes por la mañana de otros huéspedes. Pero con tapones se soluciona :).

    Positiva: El edificio es precioso, la atención al cliente estupenda y la ubicación perfecta. A un paseo de la calle principal donde poder cenar, pero lo suficientemente alejado como para descansar sin ruido.. Negativa: El baño es una pequeña cabina donde se hace un poco incómodo utilizar la ducha o el wc. Además está fuera de la habitación..

    Positiv: Ruhig gelegen. Man kann schön draußen sitzen. Negativ: - In der Beschreibung des Zimmers stand, dass man über ein "externes privates Badezimmer" verfügt - das Wort Zimmer ist da aber sehr übertrieben. Auf etwa 1 Quadratmeter Grundfläche befindet sich Waschbecken, Toilette und Dusche - da muss man sich schon etwas verrenken. - Zimmer wirkte etwas leblos; man könnte das mit ein paar kleineren Sachen (z.B.: Nachtschrank, ein paar Fotos an der Wand) leicht verbessern..

    Positive: Breakfast was Ok...extra cost.. Negative: Cleanliness. We didn't have the room cleaned every day but when they did they only did either the beds or the bathroom not both and forgot to empty the bin. The staff were lovely and friendly but the beds were horrible..

    Positive: It's a grand old building, but what was not clear was that the conversion from Monastery to hotel was barely complete. There was a lovely stained glass window in the old chapel on the ground floor. Private off-street parking was a boon.. Negative: The room was comfortable enough, but was a modern room shoehorned into an old frame, which detracted from the attractiveness. The modern bathroom fittings were juxtaposed with makeshift cupboards, there was no window or fan extraction and the very effective shower tended to spread water where it wasn't wanted. The bedroom door was original, but really hard to lock. What was once a grand staircase was very much an emergency exit, while the lift was tiny and really slow. There was no bar (despite what it says on the website). The guy running the breakfast room on the first morning had no idea how to work the appliances (egg-boiler, toaster). Slightly odd out of hours access (after 20:30 - rather early) via keypad at side entrance..

    Positive: Avevamo prenotato una stanza ma al nostro arrivo l'host ci ha dato una camera di fascia superiore allo stesso prezzo! La mattina ci ha anche offerto il caffè e dei cornetti. Davvero troppo accogliente e servizievole!!!!. Negazione: La mancanza di illuminazione esterna.     Positive: Nice looking hotel and good parking. Negative: The water was not hot had to use another room to shower. Very noisy neighbors in rooms with squeaky floorboards! Breakfast very basic. 6/10.

    Positive: Historic building in a quiet area, just a short walk from the town centre (fabulous meal at Restaurant Pub Gourmand in the centre; friendly, authentic, and great value... highly recommended!!).. Negative: Very unfriendly welcome, but the other staff were more friendly. The renovated rooms have poor quality and very squeaky doors (some oil would help!).

    Positiva: Espectacular hotel. Era un antiguo convento y lo han transformado en hotel. Sitio precioso, súper limpio, cómodo y personal muy atento y amable. Encima baratisimo. Negativa: Todo fue perfecto.

    Positief: Prachtig gebouw ! Op loopafstand van centrum. Erg goede douche, lekkere douchegel. Was een leuke ervaring. Parkeren achter hek, tegen betaling. Er is een lift.. Negatief: Eigenlijk was het te verwachten in een oud klooster? Kleine kamer, 2 eenp bedden met hard matras! 1 tafeltje 1 stoel. Kortom kloosterwaardig , spartaans. Daar niet ontbeten..

    Positief: Geweldig ontbijt. Mooi pand met een leuke sfeer. Vriendelijke bediening. Voor mensen die alleen reizen heel aantrekkelijk geprijsd.. Negatief: Kleine badkamer aan de andere kant van de gang.
