(100 Avis)We were delayed twice on our ferry crossing from the UK and travelling with 1 year old made this a tiring journey. On arrival, in the early hours, we were welcomed with a note in our room from Pierre at reception, informing us that we could stay past the 12 checkout free of charge and gave our daughter a small teddy in her cot. This gesture really made us smile and helped ease some of the frustrstion from a delayed journey....

(2 Avis)Bel endroit. Comme nous étions les seuls clients ce soir-là, ils nous ont donné une suite. Le lendemain matin, il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude (probablement parce que le chauffe-eau était éteint car il n'y en avait pas d'autre) mais ils nous ont donné le petit déjeuner gratuit pour compenser. Femme très sympathique et attentionnée qui prend trop soin de nous. ...
