  Positif: Très bon accueil, Myriam et Peter sont forts sympathiques. Logement spacieux, situé au dernier étage, offrant une superbe vue sur les étangs. Grande chambre confortable et calme. Petit village agréable aux petites ruelles, possibilité de se garer facilement vers le cimetière. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour..

  Positif: Excellente situation de la terrasse de la chambre, très belle vue.. Négatif: Pas de petit déjeuner, il n'y a pas d'eau à l'étage de la chambre. Il est compliqué de faire un peu de repas même si il est mis à disposition un micro-onde. Sanitaires à l'étage du dessous!.

  Un très bon séjour en toute quiétude chez des hôtes charmants, ouverts à la discussion , prévenants et attentionnés. Peter et Myriam vous mettent à l'aise dès votre arrivée, on se sent vraiment accueilli et bienvenu. Salle de bains et véranda-terrasse privatives avec vue à 180° sur l'étang, magnifique ! Chambre spacieuse, grand lit très confortable. Possibilité de se faire à manger (frigo, micro onde, vaisselle etc) très appréciable pour éviter les restaurants midi et soir.

  Positif: Magnifique site avec belle vue, et grand calme dans un village très agréable et qui suscite tout notre curiosité à l’envie de le découvrir. Très propre. Myriam et Peter ainsi que mickael sont très accueillant 😁.

  Positif: L'accueil, la vue, l'emplacement.. Négatif: Manque d'intimité, absence d'au moins un point d'eau à l'étage de la chambre, décoration un peu envahissante..

  Positive: Myriam und Peter are very lovely hosts und helped us whenever, especially with finding good places to eat at. We felt very welcomed. The view is amazing and the rooms and the interior are beautiful. Sometimes we wished we had something more like a kitchen or at least a sink upstairs but in the end it didn’t matter because everything else was really great..

  Positive: Very warm welcome by the hosts Myriam and Peter. The apartment is beautiful, quiet and has amazing views over the lagoon (Etang). Ideal location for day trips to the surrounding towns, chateaus, the Pyrenees and beaches but also to just relax, do some bird watching or explore the charming village Peyriac-de-Mer and the surrounding Etangs. We will definitely visit again!.

  Positive: Loved the location. Great view and plenty of space. Charming small town with boulangerie, Casino supermarket and 3 bars/restaurants. Great base for exploring south coast and further inland.. Negative: Although we knew before we booked a sink with running water upstairs would have been nice..

  Positiv: Myriam und Peter sind sehr nette Gastgeber und haben immer einen Tipp für Unternehmungen. Man hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht von der Loggia. Die Wohnung liegt am Rand des malerischen Orts Peyriac-de-Mer. Restaurants und Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind in 3 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt..

Le wifi n'atteint même pas le balcon. Si son au-dessus de 25 degrés, il est tout simplement impossible d'être là car il n'y a pas de piscine ou airco. Vous n'avez aucune vie privée, si vous allumez la musique dans la salle de bain, les propriétaires viennent à la salle de bain et vous disent que vous devez éteindre la musique. (Avis d'origine) The people where verry friendly and nice, but the rooms where just not good, too old, they gave the WiFi a 10/10 thats absolutely not true. The wifi doesn't even reaches the balcony. If its above 25 degrees, its just not possible to be there because there is no pool or airco. U have no privacy, if u turn on the music in the bathroom the owners come to the bathroom and tell u that u need to turn of the music.
