    Magnifique ! Des appartements équipés avec beaucoup de classe. Un grand confort. Une localisation en plein centre de Chamonix. Un très bon accueil.

    Positif: Le proprietaire est au petit soin. On se sent comme à la maison, il y a tous les équipements nécessaires. Le ménage est irréprochable !! Parking super pratique!! Bref un lieu et des personnes accueillantes qui nous donnent envie de revenir..

    Un lieu magnifique, au cœur de Chamonix et proche des pistes. L'accueil y est très chaleureux.

    Positive: It’s an excellent apartment. Right in the center of everything. Basically, you can walk to the ski slopes. Brevet just 800 meters away while the center of Chamonix is just around the corner. The apartment is clean and well equipped. Plus, parking is available at the premise.We enjoyed it very much. Will definitely stay again for our next ski holiday..

    好意的: フレンドリーなオーナーで、部屋も二人で十分広く、綺麗でトイレも２ヶ所、シャワーとバスもあり、洗濯機と物干しもあり、キッチンも使いやすく、電子レンジ、オーブン、コンロ、トースター、冷蔵庫、食洗機全て整っています。とても快適でした。場所も便利です。駐車場もきちんと場所があり、次回も利用したいと思います。到着したときには、オーナーに電話をする必要はあります。チェックアウトも同様です。.

    الإيجابية: Perfect location. the best in Chamonix if you don't want to stay close to the noise in the center. Everything you need is around you, bakery, coffee shop, restaurant, supermarket. The owner is a wonderful person :) Free parking and really good wifi connection. The apartment is great for families with kids. أفضل موقع في شامونيه، كل شيء قريب عندك، ومع ذلك الموقع بعيد عن إزعاج السنتر اللي يبدع عنك دقائق مشي. الشقة روعة وكل شيء مجهز فيها للعوائل. المواقف مجانية والانترنت سريع، وإطلالة البلكونة حلوة. كل شيء تحتك، مخبز وسوبر ماركت، خطوات مشي فقط. صاحب الشقة إنسان عسل وبشوش ومحترم، ودائماً متواجد تحت في المواقف.. السلبية: Nothing to dislike! Just consider a fan for the hot days :) لو فيها مكيف أو مروحة راح تساعد في بعض الأيام الحارة. الجو عموماً بارد في الصيف، لكن في قمة الموسم يكون النهار حار خاصة إذا الجو ما في نسمة هواء..

    الإيجابية: الموقع رائع، الشقة فخمه، البلكونه واسعه وجميله وإطلالة رائعه، صاحب الفندق محترم وخدوم جدا، وفر لنا كرسي متحرك للوالدة، يوجد مخبز مقابل الفندق، سوبرماركت مسافة دقيقتين، المطبخ مجهز بكامل التجهيزات الحديثة...من الاخر ولا غلطة ، باركن سيارة مجاني وواسع. السلبية: لا يوجد تكييف، بس ما احتجناه لانه الجو كان بارد.

    Положительный: Место супер, все рестораны и магазины в одной минуте ходьбы. Прекрасные аппартаменты, чисто, уютно и очень комфортно. Частная парковка, комната для лыж. Советуем.. Негативный: Нам все понравилось..

    Положительный: Атмосфера, шаговая доступность магазинов, развлечений, склонов.. Негативный: Без отопления холодно, сквозит от балконных дверей. С включёнными батареями не хватает кислорода. Мы жили прямо над фермерским магазином. Дни получения товара , вернее ночи, для нас были бессонными..

Installations très modernes avec la plupart des caractéristiques modernes. 1) les chambres sont chaudes, propres, propres et modernes avec de nouveaux meubles et appareils électroménagers. 2) le wifi et internet marchaient très bien. Géré une vidéoconférence de travail sans problèmes. J'ai regardé YouTube et téléchargé des vidéos et des photos de voyages de ski. 3) le local à skis est équipé d'un équipement de séchage des chaussures moderne, vous permettant donc d'obtenir des chaussures sèches et chaudes pour le lendemain! 4) à côté des meilleurs restaurants de Chamonix ou si vous avez un restaurant simple et pas cher, vous trouverez un magasin picard en bas servant des mets préparés délicieux (four ou micro-ondes). 5. À côté du meilleur magasin de gaufres du monde! Je suis sérieux ... Sans blague, ce sont les meilleures gaufres. 6) arrêt de bus à proximité pour accéder à toutes les pistes, distance de marche de la région Savoie pour les débutants ou bus pour les autres domaines skiables. Yan a même proposé de nous conduire sur des pistes de ski. 7) ohh ils ont les meilleurs pommeaux de douche jamais! Oui, la douche avec tête de pluie ET pulvérisations latérales. Impressionnant - Négatifs ... Les vendredis soirs, la rue peut parfois être bruyante jusqu'à 23h avec des passants, mais ce n'est pas un problème Endroit hautement recommandé, visité en janvier 2018 - 2 adultes et 2 enfants. (Avis d'origine) Fantastic place, manager Yan did a great job welcoming us and making our stay wonderful. Very modern facilities with most of the modern features. 1) rooms are warm, neat, clean, and up to date with new furniture, appliances. 2) WiFi and internet worked excellent. Managed a work video conference with no problems. Watched YouTube and uploaded videos and photos from ski trips. 3) ski room has modern shoe drying gear, so you get dry and warm boots for the next day! 4) next to best restaurants in Chamonix or if you have simple and cheap there is a Picard store downstairs for yummy prepared food (oven or microwave) 5. It's next to best waffle shop in the world! I'm serious... No joke they are the best waffles. 6) bus stop nearby to goto all the slopes, walking distance to Savoy area for newbies or bus to other ski areas. Yan even offered to drive us to some ski slopes. 7) ohh they have the best shower heads ever! Yes the shower with rain head AND side sprays. Awesome - negatives... On Friday nights sometimes street can get noisy up to 11pm with people walking by downstairs, but really not a problem Highly recommended place, visited January 2018 - 2 adults and 2 kids.

    الإيجابية: قريب من السنتر حيل وكل شي فيه ممتاز للامانه لكن عيبه مزعج نوعاً ما لانه ع الشارع الرئيسي والشغله الثانيه البلكونات مشتركه يعني بينك وبين الشقه اللي يمك حاجز متر تقريبا او اقل ومو مغطا مكشوف .. لو تقعد بالبلكونه وجارك قاعد ببلكونته واشوفكم من برا عبالي قاعدين مع بعض بس للامانه الشقه نظيفه حيل والحمام ممتاز والمظبخ متكامل من ادوات وغسالة صحون وملابس وثلاجه وفرن ومايكرويف. السلبية: الاطلاله والشرفه مشتركه لم تعجبني فقط.

    Positive: La struttura è’ molto bella, moderna e arredata con ottimi materiali!in pratica è’ un condominio diviso con appartamenti di varie metrature noi abbiamo preso quello da 8 posti letto, tutte camere separate con il proprio bagno per una privacy perfetta .. un ampio salotto con cucina e tavolone come aria comune... parcheggio.. stanza per gli sci .. ascensore.. bella vista in pieno centro l’ideale per passare vacanze con amici o parenti. Negazione: Niente...

    الإيجابية: قريب من كل شي نظيف وراقي المكان وصاحب الشقه وايد خدوم وتعامله راقي. السلبية: لازم تعطيه وقت الوصول لان انتظرنا علي ماوصل وعطانا مفتاح الشقه.

    חיובי: שימוש בכיריים מחייב רק את הכלים בדירה. לא מתאים לשומרי כשרות שמזמינים מטבח ומתברר שאפשר לבשל רק עם כלים של הדירה עצמה..
