  Easy access location, in a very nice and green neighborhood, for this simple 3 star hotel ... moderate first class. Hospitality and service are good. The rooms are ok, a bit oldish, with small bathrooms but that comes with the age of the building. Bedding is excellent. Breakfast was good. We had dinner as well and it was nice. Good standard, nothing exceptional but pleasant. I would recommend as a one night stop in transit close to the city of Rouen ... the centre is barely 10 minutes away....
