  Positif: L’accueil du gérant est très agréable et nous laisse découvrir une mini villa très chaleureuse et climatisée avec une magnifique vue sur la grande bleue !! Résidence magnifiquement entretenue ! La piscine est grande et enchante petits et grands tout comme le terrain de tennis. Un très bon camps de base pour découvrir la région de Solenzara jusqu’à Bonifacio pour nous ! Encore merci pour l’accueil les souvenirs de départ et la disponibilité ! À très vite !. Négatif: Les journées sont trop courtes ....

  Positif: L'accueil de Claude D. était parfait 😁le cadeau de bienvenue c'était sympa aussi. Les draps et les serviettes fournis les petits savons...tout est bien pensé pour les touristes. Et pour finir un petit cadeau de Corse c'est vraiment très gentil. Mr D. est très à l'écoute il est parfait dans son job. Belle expérience et si on revient un jour en corse on passera par lui. Belles vacances réussies 😎😎😎. Négatif: Rien.

Niente a che fare coi residence affollati e incasinati! Qui regna sovrana la quiete e la pace! Sono una serie di villette circondate da un parco che sembra un giardino botanico, tenuto benissimo. Casa pulita e super accessoriata. Proprietari gentili e molto disponibili, attenti a risolvere qualunque problema. Barbecue in ogni casa, lavatrice, lavastoviglie... La piscina è fantastica! La spiaggia a 5 minuti a piedi é libera e comoda. Poi in mezz'oretta di macchina si possono raggiungere tantissime altre spiagge. Super consigliato!

  Positiv: Die Unterkunft lag leicht erhöht in einer ruhigen, schönen Ferienhausanlage. Ideal um mit dem Auto kleinere und größere Ausflüge zu machen. Zum Strand kann man auch in 10 Minuten laufen, allerdings stehen dort auch genug kostenfreie Parkplätze zur Verfügung, sodass es mit viel Gepäck einfacherer ist zu fahren. Ein kleiner Einkaufsladen ist fusläufig erreichbar und bietet einen kleine Auswahl von allem (auch zum Frühstück) die Verkäuferinnen sind sehr nett..

  Positive: La struttura è molto bella. Si arriva al mare in 5.min a piedi. L'appartamento era molto accogliente, noi abbiamo sfruttato tantissimo la griglia e il giardino. A mio parere è un posto perfetto per andare con bambini piccoli. Il Sig Claude molto gentile. Il Wi-Fi andava benissimo anche se avevo letto delle recensioni dove tanti si lamentavano.. Negazione: Durante il nostro soggiorno c'è stato per 2 giorni un problema con l'acqua...stavano facendo una manutenzione/riparazione. Il problema è che non hanno avvisato nulla e ci siamo ritrovati con 2 bambini picccoli senza acqua per mezza giornata..

Our booking agent Claude was very friendly and despite not speaking English (with the help of Google Translate)tried to answer our questions and was very helpful. Lovely pool with smaller child friendly pool that our toddler loved. Lovely beach nearby. Amazing area to explore by car nearby - mountains, rivers, beaches - it’s stunning. Well equipped kitchen - oven, microwave, kitchen equipment etc Clean apartment Beautiful view from the terrace with table - lovely for breakfast. Travel cot was provided. Negative: The apartment was described as a ‘2 bed villa’ and worked out at about £170 a night in August and with that we had a certain expectation. We had an upstairs apartment with no garden - perhaps state that if that is your preference - we thought there would be one. Perhaps that is a higher price. - The property has different booking agents. I went to ‘reception’ to ask a question and was told by the receptionist she couldn’t help because she hadn’t booked with me. - The bathroom is clean but very basic - no bath and a very basic shower. - The double bed was made of two twins with mattresses that were very old and uncomfortable - we swapped them with the ones in the children’s room - 3 very small basic towels for the week - No cleaning service offered all week - on departure we were told we needed to take the rubbish to the big bins - No WiFi. We bought Internet cards from the shop (5 Euros for 7 days for each device) but they did not work very well. - One of the sunloungers was broken The place may seem better value at other times of year and is fine for basic accommodation but at the price we paid I was really expecting something more. Despite this it’s clean and functional and does the job. I can’t recommend the location enough. The surrounding area is AMAZING..

  Positive: Good things first: the location of Playa del Oro is top!!! The beach is 300 meters walk, and from Favone you can reach lots of interesting places and sites within 30 minutes drive. We visited Porto Vecchio, Palombaggia, the canyons and bathing spots of Solenzara river. Some very good beaches in very close vicinity to the property (Canella, Conca/Fautea), the beach of Favone is also nice. The property is immersed in green, the garden is well kept. The big pool is amazing, especially for children. The only thing - there are no sunbeds beside the pool, something one might have to get used to. You can take your towel or a chair to sit by the pool or simply walk home right after the swim, it's ok. The balkony we had was vast and we could see the beach and the sea from it, so it was a nice place to sit and relax.. Negative: Here comes the "not so top"-section. You must know that Playa del Oro is run by several differtent agencies, it is a big property. (There are some 50-60 apartments in Playa del Oro). What we have seen on the photos did not quite match what we found inside "our" house. The apartment is old, the furniture and the whole equipment is worn out. Yes, it was clean upon arrival, however, the different-coloured bed sheets and towels (there were not enough towels, by the way) did not make a good impression. "Our" apartment had NO air conditioning. (Please note: you can book an apartment with aircon if available). We had two ventilators though that were a help during the hot nights. And: there is absolutely NO internet connection, no WiFi whatsoever. You get a password, of course, but it is only theory. At no time did we have a WiFi-connection. So use your mobile internet or buy a french sim-card. I have to tell that our contact person, Claude, was very nice and tried to help and do what he could, merci beaucoup, Monsieur Claude!! I just wanted to give this honest review to show the situation as we see it. OVERALL SUMMARY: the location and the pool are top, just wonderful. The house was ok in the end: if you don't have big expectations it is a nice, big apartment, maybe not up to date, but ok. Maybe I just expected too much, although the price of over 1700 € for 1 week is not really cheap. CORSICA is a wonderful island worth visiting anyway and we definitely come back! It has some of the best beaches we have ever seen (and we travel a lot), and the swimming in Solenzara river (crystal clear mountain river) is something you don't get elsewhere and worth a try..

  Positiv: Schöner Blick über die Bucht. Strand ca, 300m entfernt. Wohnung großzügig mit grünem Rasen. Schwimmbad schön angelegt, aber ohne Stühle.. Negativ: Ortsangabe von Booking com war fehlerhaft. Dort war Lage zwischen Straße und Strand gelegen angegeben. In Realität lag die Unterkunft hinter der Straße..

  Positive: la vista e il comprensorio in cui è inserito l'apppartamento. Negazione: Si tratta di un appartamento privato tenuto male e poco pulito, in un condominio di seconde case. L'affitto non è gestito dall'ufficio della reception del complesso ma da un signore che si è presentato in maniera spiacevole: ci ha chiesto subito il versamento cash di € 250 per eventuali danni avremmo potuto arrecare, senza comunque fare un check in dello stato dell'appartamento e di quanto conteneva. Ciò dopo aver già addebitato giorni prima tutto il dovuto per il soggiorno (3 notti) sulla carta di credito tramite booking. Alla nostra richiesta di avere almeno una ricevuta della somma richiesta si è arrabbiato, ci ha proposto in contrapartita di non farci pagare la tassa di soggiorno (!!) e al nostro rifiuto se ne è andato urlando a sbattendo la porta. Inqualificabile!!!.

  Negazione: l'accoglienza da parte dello staff, operatore molto sgarbato che parla solo francese, nè inglese nè italiano o spagnolo. Siamo arrivati nella struttura alle 22.30 perchè purtoppo i traghetti precedenti non partivano a causa delle condizioni del mare, ci siamo recati alla reception della struttura ma qui ci hanno detto che dovevamo chiamare al numero telefonico riportato nella prenotazione...quindi è arrivato l'operatore che ci ha accolti lamentandosi per l'orario d'arrivo e dicendo che l'abbiamo disturbato perchè stava dormendo!!! Da precisare che avevamo chiamato più volte per comunicare l'orario d'arrivo ma rispondeva sempre un operatore che parlava esclusivamente francese e che evidentemente non ha capito quanto da noi comunicato. La prenotazione era per 5 persone mentre abbiamo trovato solo 4 letti pronto, abbiamo dovuto aprire noi in divano letto e richiamare perchè ci portassero le lenzuola per il 5 letto. La struttura non era dotate di WI-fi come invece precisato nella prenotazione.
